What to Expect

Here is a little information that will help you understand what to expect, and answer any questions you may have before you visit:

• Please arrive ten to fifteen minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete new patient paperwork.
• Patients who previously completed a MRI or taken x-rays should bring the paper reports or film to their initial exam.
• Children under the age of eighteen years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• If you have insurance, please bring your ID card with you.

During this visit, you will receive the following:

• Consultation with Dr. Kobata
• Initial chiropractic exam
• X-rays (if needed)
• Treatment
